The Moose Jaw Koseikan Judo Club recently attended a tournament in Watrous. Results are as follows: Glen Cullen captured a gold medal in the junior boy's 30-kg novice category, which included 17 competitors. Vince Langevin, competing in his first tournament, placed fourth in junior boy's 88-kg novice category. Colt Wadstien placed fourth in the juvenille boy's 40-kg category. Meaghen Cullen placed second in the girl's novice category. Leah Jacobson placed third in the junior girl's novice category. Jeff Nelson, competing in his first tournament in nearly 10 years, placed fourth in senior men's 60-kg. Ken Blandford placed third in senior men's 86-kg Josh Wiens and Jim Wiens placed third and fourth respectively in senior men's 95-plus-kg.

The Club will start a new semester in January, and they'll hold a registration night early in the month. Anybody interested can call Jim in the evenings at 691-0051.
